At MiniSplitsforLess, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home climate control solution. If your unit is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Unit
Ensure the mini-split system is securely strapped to its original pallet and packed in all original manufacturer boxes to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the RMA label clearly to the outside of the crate and schedule a pickup with our approved freight carrier to ensure safe handling of the equipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
