How much does shipping cost for mini-split systems?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all full mini-split systems within the contiguous United States. Accessories and replacement parts may incur a small shipping fee if ordered separately.
Do I need a professional to install my mini-split?
Yes. To maintain your manufacturer warranty and ensure safety, all systems must be installed by a licensed HVAC professional. Self-installation may void your warranty and lead to improper operation.
What is your return policy for equipment?
You can return unused, unopened equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
How do I choose the right BTU size for my room?
As a general rule, you need about 20 BTUs per square foot of living space. However, factors like ceiling height, insulation quality, and number of windows also play a role. Check our sizing guide for more details.
Are these units energy efficient?
Absolutely. Most of our systems are ENERGY STAR certified and feature high SEER2 ratings, which can significantly lower your monthly utility bills compared to traditional central air or window units.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Most brands we carry offer a 5-year parts warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty, provided the unit is registered and installed by a licensed professional.
